When I entered and seated myself, I wasn&#39;t even granted a &quot;Hello&quot;.<br />It took a few minutes before the staff decided to bring me a menu.<br />I ordered the &quot;Salmon fillet with Bernaise Sauce&quot;.<br />When it arrived, the center of the fillet was RAW and the &quot;sauce&quot; they nappe&#39;d on it wasn&#39;t remotely Bernaise. It was only melted butter with a squirt of lemon.<br />Someone in the kitchen might be required to go back to cooking school. The staff was uninterested as well. It didn&#39;t bother them in the least that my fish was raw. They didn&#39;t care to ask if I wished for it to be recooked properly.
