Casino de Español en Manila is just beside Instituto Cervantes de Manila. As good as it may seem, the restaurant is only for members of the entertainment house. The restaurant, however, is open for students and employees of Instituto Cervantes de Manila. Too bad.
Well, my teacher is a lover of Spanish paella valenciana and paella de marisco (seafood paella). Since she's been to Spain and Italy many times than we could imagine, she knows where the best paella is especially Spanish restaurants around Manila. At the outset, I didn't know that the casino has the best cook who cooks the best paella in Manila at the very least; after the class, we head on to the resto to eat paella.
Here's some of the pictures I took during that day (March 4). You have no idea how great-tasting the paella was! It was the best I've ever tasted. You gotta love it!
Spanish Paella Mixta (Mixed Paella). ¡Que sabrosa!

Does you study include visiting restaurants regularly? :D All the dishes look delicious. For your food photos, do you use a regular camera lens or a macro? You have nice shots.
