On Apartments and Rent Fees

For someone whose budget is really tight, one may sacrifice the aesthetic side of the house when looking for an apartment. With the downturn of economy, money is sometimes be hard to come by, thus getting both ends meet can be very challenging.

But not all apartments are priced ridiculously these days. There are still apartments out there that really affordable; you just have to keep looking. I used to pay a huge amount of rent two years ago until I moved to the new apartment I'm at now where I save almost a quarter of what I pay per month before in the previous apartment. The old landlady is also very nice and she usually go out and get to have a quick chat with my mom before going back indoor. I think that getting this apartment is a huge jackpot indeed! I'm not bragging but the apartment we have now is like the expensive Wilmington NC apartments you see online but with a quarter of a price.

I'm currently enjoying my stay here because the environment is very friendly and I am surrounded by nice people who care about their neighbors. The community is just perfect for mom and I. I can stay here forever as long as the rent doesn't go up! lol. But to be honest, we've been here for more than a year but the rent still stays the same. Amazing, huh?
