I know I should be doing it on a daily basis because fruits and vegetables help prevent people from getting sick. Researches suggest that people who eat the required serving of fruits and vegetables daily increases the potential of the body's immune system to resist disease-causing microorganisms.
Back when mom got badly sick, I researched a lot about food that are perfect for immunocompromised or those whose immune system was so weak that the body is susceptible to even the most common virus or bacteria. Papaya is the fruit that helped mom revived her physically. In weeks, she brought in the most ideal weight for her to be released from ICU. Papaya is such a miracle fruit! I dunno what's inside of it but it has literally brought my mom back to life! lol.
God has been very good to us and mom's health is one of the greatest gift that He has given me so far. Here, I used not just papaya but other fruits and vegetables such as carrot, apple, grape, and watermelon. It tastes good! :) Try it at home.
