Macapuno is a special type of coconut tree/fruit where the coconut meat is kind of gelatinous than the usual coconut fruit. The cavity of the coconut macapuno fruit contains less water than the more common fruit. It is this meat that's processed to to be used for certain delicacies such as Pan De Manila's Macapuno tart.
Pan De Manila's Macapuno tart costs PhP60.00 per box containing three (3) pieces of tarts. Its approximately USD$1.5. Its delicious with a crunchy crust. Its best that you consume it as soon as you bought it for you to taste its full flavor. I don't advise you to refrigerate it because it tends to lose that crust's crunchiness and meat's softness. You definitely won't enjoy it.
Let me share the picture I took for these delicious sweets.
