This is a tribute to one of my bosses in Training Department, Donna Quizon. She bid farewell as she prepares herself for exit next month and hand over most of her tasks to future leaders in our company who'll soon take over her post. I've learned a lot from her and I hope that she learned from me, too, and appreciated my company especially the friendship that we shared for the past 10 months.
It isn't easy for everyone to see one of our co-workers leaving. Our company, especially the old one - America Online Member Services, Philippines (AOL), somehow left us with this strong values and friendship that bind us together. Its unexplainable. You see, most people here are tenured employees falling between six years to 10 years. Surprising but true.
I wish Donna all the best and I hope that she remembers me and the rest of the team wherever she'll be in the future. Thanks Donna for everything. I love you! :)
