I recently blogged about this faulty Lock and Lock Seasoning Case I bought from SM Clark a couple of months ago. Sugar ants are actually able to pass through the back portion of the case where the top handle meets the cover. But I was really hard-headed and I still buy their products even though I wasn't satisfied with this piece. I initially relayed my experience about this to the attending customer service agent. He eagerly listened to my complaints and he told me that I can return the item anytime for replacement and they'll be happy to replace it on the same date! I'm happy that Lock and Lock manufacturer is responsive to customers complaints. I'll visit the store on the weekend to have it replaced.
