Is It Really President Gloria Arroyo's Last SONA?

gloria arroyo last SONAPresident Gloria Arroyo's State of the Nation Address (SONA) was no more than an attack to her critics than a declaration of her accomplishment and her future plans as a retiring president. With everything that has been said during the speech, I think that she'll seek to take the prime minister position should charter change push through.

I have no problems with Arroyo's performance though. She has done better than the past presidents since Ferdinand Marcos. I didn't like her personally, but she's been the toughest president I have ever seen next to Marcos. She deserves more than a commendation for a job well done.

I guess that we should all think of helping the government instead of plan to desstabilize it. We cannot achieve a strong republic if we will go to the street and encourage the people to topple every government that we have. I think this is unfair and an act that will best describe the phrase manipulation of the weak.
